Diana Welcomes Winter Fuel Payments Success

Diana Wallis, Lib Dem Euro-MP for Yorkshire and the Humber, welcomed the success of pressure group Parity in achieving equality for men under the winter fuel payments scheme in the European Courts.

Diana, who is Vice-President of Parity congratulated the hard work that had gone into the achievement:

"This is excellent news for John Taylor, for Parity and for men over 60 across the region.

"It is also one more step towards equality for men and women, at work and retired, in the UK."
