Local Liberal Democrat Euro MP, Diana Wallis, spoke to students at the University of York on Friday 15th February.

York University Students' Committee, United Nations Association Society and the European Society jointly organised a panel debate on women's issues 'Women, Development and the UN'.

Diana Wallis MEP, a Vice-President of the European Parliament, spoke on issues in Europe and globally, and her involvement in the women's movement and on gender issues.
